Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Position

Provides administrative support according to company processes. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to multitask at a fast pace while keeping customer service as a top priority.
Monday-Friday. Daytime hours.

Essential Duties:

  • Coordinate flight school schedule
  • Maintain student/renter records
  • Cash handling
  • Manage phone calls and walk-ins
  • Distribute mail, UPS & FedEx packages
  • Test proctoring
  • Customer service

Education/Experience:

High school diploma/GED required. College degree/coursework preferred.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. English language fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Computer Skills:

Efficiently navigate a web browser, mobile applications, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks preferred.

Work Ethic:

Be trustworthy, dependable, respectful, and truthful with a commitment to safety and excellent customer service. Follow policies and procedures and take responsibility for your actions.

About You:

The individual we are seeking for this position is a strong self-motivator with great attention to detail. Company uses industry-specific Flight Schedule Pro software for flight school. Tech savvy a plus! If you want to work for a small business and make a big difference, this is the job for you.
