SCHEDULE YOUR MAINTENANCE

It is critical to have a well-maintained aircraft. Absolute mechanical safety is our mission as our customers depend on us. Our maintenance department is staffed with A&P/IA technicians, A&P technicians, and A&P apprentices. All of our technicians participate in random Drug/Alcohol testing as we are a drug free workplace.

Magneto Repair

Having properly functioning magnetos is essential to a smooth-running engine! We offer many services that maintain the health of your magnetos such as 500hr inspections, trouble shooting, inspections, cleanings, adjustments, and repair. We want to make sure you always have a healthy engine!

Cylinder Repair

We offer specialty cylinder repair services that ensure all your repairs can be done locally and with the safety and care of our mechanics. We disassemble, clean, inspect, and hone cylinders. In addition, we provide cylinder blasting, valve guide replacement, valve seat grinding, and more. We have unique skills and services that are accessible to all our customers!

Engine Repair

We provide engine repairs for both piston and turbine engines. Our services include annual inspections, routine maintenance, engine oil analysis, major overhauls, hot section inspections, troubleshooting, and and much more! Our team of mechanics will ensure safety and longevity of your engine!

Authorized Mooney Service Center

We are proud to advertise that we are one of the few Mooney Service Centers in the Midwest. We provide various types of maintenance such as routine inspections, engine servicing, landing gear repairs, and more for your Mooney! With our wide selection of parts and our expertly trained mechanics, we will keep your Mooney flying!

Annual Inspections

We want to ensure that every aircraft brought to us for an annual inspection leaves our shop safe, well maintained, and airworthy! We thoroughly inspect every airplane making sure we can return it to flight as quickly as possible. We will repair all wear and tear damage done to your airplane as well as make sure it is in compliance with any applicable airworthiness directives.

Interior Installation

The comfort and functionality of the interior of your aircraft is important to us! We have experienced staff that are experts in installing seats, carpets, lighting and more. We would love to help you update and repair the interior of your aircraft!

Propeller Balancing

At the Minot Aero Center, we offer dynamic propeller balancing to ensure the protection of your aircraft’s critical components like your engine mount, cowling, spinner, instruments and more! Dynamic balancing will ensure that any unbalance that happens over time and wear is corrected. Consistent propeller balancing will protect other components of your aircraft as well as keep your entire aircraft smooth!

Hot Air Balloon Inspection

Our mechanics maintain air balloons and ensure they are safe and airworthy! We repair and maintain burners, baskets, cylinders, and envelopes. We also provide annual inspections.
